Certified as a BCBA in 2012, Mrs. Rachel Berman, M.Ed., BCBA navigated the early days of insurance-backed ABA at multiple startups, establishing documentation and systems for everything from clinical practice and session notes to employee training and practice management.

With a passion for doing things right, Rachel maintains knowledge of industry and legal standards. An adept Clinical Director, Rachel’s heart lies in low-functioning autism, making lasting impacts in both clinical and administrative roles.

Collaborating with Bashi, she continues shaping the autism landscape with innovation and dedication.

Mrs. Bashi Schiff,
M.Ed., BCBA

For over 25 years, Mrs. Bashi Schiff has been a stalwart in autism services and special education.

As the director of Special Children’s Center Daycare, Bashi ensured legal and healthcare compliance, managing a diverse staff, and coordinating care with early intervention agencies. Seven years ago, she founded her own ABA Agency, showcasing her skill as an owner and director.
